Once
eligibility has been determined that you can purchase a Lot Next Door (LND)
property, you will be contacted by a LNDP representative when your account is
ready for a Purchase Agreement. The
Purchase Agreement is your intent to purchase the LND property. This is NOT an Act of Sale.
Eligibility
is determined by several factors that must be satisfied before your Purchase Agreement
can be prepared, as set forth in the Initial Contact Letter that was sent to
you.
This process
normally involves:

Application
Form review,

Proof
of ownership should be submitted with Application Form
·
Homestead
Exemption determination
·
Application
of 30% Low to Moderate Income discount
o
Gross
household income verification documents must be submitted
·
Requested
$650 deposit fee has been received by LND office
·
Appraisal
of LND property completed
·
Notification
by LND representative will be made
A LND
representative will notify you of the purchase price of the property and also
schedule an appointment, Monday through Friday, to sign your Purchase
Agreement. Every effort will be made to
schedule the appointment for a day that fits your schedule.
All Purchase Agreements will be signed
at our Global Risk Solutions, Inc. office, located on
the second floor of the Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Company building at 1801
East Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette, LA 70043.
Purchase
Agreement is for your review only, original documents will be provided at the
signing.
