Do you want to help redevelop St. Bernard Parish?

The Louisiana Recovery Authority is currently transferring properties acquired through Option 2 of the Road Home Program to the Louisiana Land Trust.  Once the Louisiana Land Trust has demolished the existing structures and removed slabs, the properties will be ready for transfer to the St. Bernard Parish Government for management under the Parish’s Property Redevelopment and Disposition Plan.  One of the options for the disposal of these properties is the Lot Next Door Program.  The plan will allow eligible participants to purchase these acquired properties in St. Bernard Parish.  These properties can be seen on the maps and reports on the following web pages.
